This investment is only available to High-Net-Worth-Individuals (HNWI) and Self-Certified Sophisticated Investors and investors must declare (and provide evidence if required) that they are either a High-Net-Worth-Individual (HNWI) or a Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor, as defined below:

High-Net-Worth-Individuals (HNWI) must have:

• income of at least £170,000 in the last financial year; or

• net assets of at least £430,000 throughout the last financial year (excluding permanent residence).

Self-Certified Sophisticated Investors must have:

• been a director of a company turning over at least £1.6m within the last 2 years; or

• been a member of a network or syndicate of business angels for at least 6 months; or

• worked in the past two years in a professional capacity in the private equity sector or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises.
